From the Ground Up is a 100% B.C. Conference and Trade Show connecting our local food and beverage brands with multi-market channel buyers and industry experts.

In 2019, Good to Grow launched the only 100% B.C.-wide trade show. The following year, we added a conference for the exhibitors the day before the show. In 2025 we added a third day with the launch of a consumer show.

From the Ground Up will be back in May 2026 with a Conference and Trade Show. We are so grateful for the support of the Consumer Show, however, we have made the difficult decision to not continue with it.

From the Ground Up is truly a showcase to support the incredible processors, producers, and food landscape we have right here in B.C.

We can’t wait for you to join us in 2026!
