The Lunch Room
The Lunch Room is an advanced cohort for 12 selected participants in the late Sprout / early Growth stage of business that meet 2x/month for 6 months to discuss shared topics of interest and common needs related to growing their businesses. The Lunch Room is an opportunity for businesses to gain expert education, pointed one-on-one coaching, and peer-to-peer networking to best prepare their transition to the next stage of success.
Participants will be joined by expert guest speakers and the topics for learning and discussion will be decided upon by the group. Each participant will receive a bonus 1.5 hours of 1-on-1 coaching with Andrea Gray-Grant, CEO and Founder of Good to Grow.
The cohort will culminate in a pitch to a panel including the cohort’s sponsors, market-channel buyers, and industry supporters to win six 100% funded spots in the next cohort – The Podium – valued at $4,500 per participant.
The Podium is a winners circle with a concentrated focus on participants building their businesses. Topics for learning and discussion will be decided upon by the group, but will include subjects such as:
- Broker management
- Internal sales management
- Market channel strategies
This intimate cohort will come together as a group for 4.5 hours and individuals will also receive 3 hours of coaching with Andrea Gray-Grant, Founder and CEO of Good to Grow.
