Foundations 200 is the next step in education and preparedness for those that have completed Foundations 100 OR for new and emerging food and beverage businesses that want a deeper understanding of how to grow the business. Foundations 200 is an 8-part course that provides a comprehensive understanding of everything it takes to operate a successful food and beverage business with the addition of seasoned industry experts as guest instructors.
The course runs from 8am – 10am PST every Wednesday from October 1 – November 19, 2025. If you are unable to join the live sessions you can watch the recordings at your own pace! There is no obligation to attend live, however you will benefit from being able to ask questions to the instructor and guest speaker and participate in any group activities.
