  • Standard Exhibitor Registration - 2026 From The Ground Up Conference & Trade Show

    May 6 & 7, 2026. PNE, Vancouver.
  • Exhibitor Fees

    Exhibitor fees start at $1,100 + GST for an interior 10'x10' booth. Each 10'x10' booth will receive 3 passes to staff your booth on Trade Show (May 7) and 1 pass to participate in the Conference (May 6). The exhibitor fee includes pipe & drape, but does not include electricity, the PNE has a contracted company for electricity that will be billed directly to the exhibitor. Exhibitor set-up will be on May 6 from 3pm - 7pm (after the Conference has closed).
  • Payment Options

    Read very carefully. You can now pay for your 10'x10 standard booth in 2 parts if you register by February 17, 2026.
  • 1) 100% Up-Front Instructions:

    If you would like to pay for 100% of your booth up front, you need to manually type in the amount in the “Due Now” box to match the “Total price”. The box is automatically set to be at 50%, and if you do not manually change the amount, you will only pay for 50% and then be required to pay for the remaining 50% + a $50 admin fee 30 days later.
  • 2) 50% Down Instructions:

    Exhibitors now have the opportunity to pay for their booth in 2 payments. This option is only available until February 17, 2026. 1ST PAYMENT: 50% is due immediately to reserve your booth. 2ND PAYMENT: the remaining 50% + $50 service fee due 30 days after. This 2nd payment will not be pulled directly, we will invoice you to complete payment. There are no refunds on the first 50% payment if exhibitors decide not to complete the second payment. If the second payment is not made by the 30-day mark, the event organizers have the right to unreserve your booth and sell it to another brand. The box is automatically set to be at 50%, and if you do not manually change the amount, you will only pay for 50% and then be required to pay for the remaining 50% + a $50 admin fee 30 days later.
  • General Information

    Exhibitor registration is for B.C. food and beverage companies only. Upon completion of this registration form you will be directed to select your booth. You will be able to select 1 or 2 booth spaces.
  • This event supports inclusiveness and increased representation of under-represented groups in the B.C. food and beverage sector. The following data is used only for aggregate reporting. No personal information is shared.

  • Product Donation Opportunities

    We have several opportunities for exhibitors to donate their product. Please select which ones you would like to participate in. We will follow-up with you directly to coordinate.
  • Content Creator Exhibitor Boxes

    This year, From the Ground Up exhibitors have the opportunity to contribute product to be included in curated content creator promo boxes. There will be several product intakes depending on level of interest and timing. The deadline to participate is March 9, 2026. Products included will be featured in select influencer reels and/or stories. This is a great way to promote your brand to a valuable social audience and you’ll be tagged in any content featuring your product, creating shareable assets for your own channels. A fantastic opportunity to boost your visibility!
  • Conference Expert Guest Thank You Bags

    We will have up to 20 expert guests on Conference day. They are a mix of buyers, distributors, and service providers from retail and institutional food service as well as experts from across the industry. Each year we gift the expert guests with a thank you bag of donated exhibitor goodies. NOTE: We can hold perishable product in a walk-in cooler on Conference day, but there is no freezer on site.
  • Product on the Snack / Refreshments Table at the Conference

    Each year we invite exhibitors to share their product at the Conference with their peers and the industry guest experts attending by putting it out on the snacks / refreshments table. Up to 90 people in the room, you share as much or little as you like.
  • Show Guide Book - Exhibitor Information

    The Information you enter below will be included in the printed Trade Show Guide Book that every attendee receives.
  • E.g. (plant-based soups) or (South Asian RTE meals) or (citron tea concentrates)
  • E.g. Barakah Eats is a family owned and operated business that manufactures frozen, gourmet, South Asian influenced, ready-to-eat meals. Barakah Eats was launched from Zafar and Lubna Khan’s traditional Pakistani restaurant in the hopes of bringing exposure to Pakistani cuisine in BC.
