From the Ground Up is a multi-market channel trade show. We understand each market channel has different needs, and From the Ground Up promises something for everyone who attends.

In 2026 we introduced Sprout Street, an aisle dedicated to showcasing 24 brands new to the market, new to From the Ground Up, and pre-distribution. A destination for up-and-coming products!

Who can Attend the Trade Show?

Buyers & Primary Industry ($30 + GST): Buyers for grocery/retail, food service, and institutional food service; distributors, brokers, food service providers, and investors in food and beverage companies.
All Other Industry ($100 + GST): Suppliers of ingredients, packaging, labelling, equipment, machinery, uniforms, and more. Services including financial, insurance, accounting, marketing, branding, design, photography, demoing, merchandising, coaching, consulting, logistics, freight, and more. Food and beverage companies that are not exhibiting, included in this is those still in the ideation phase.
Industry Associations, Not-For-Profit, & Government ($30 + GST): The food & beverage industry associations as well as not-for-profit organizations or charities in the industry. Government organizations from municipal to federal.
Media (Complimentary Pass with Proof): Writers, bloggers, influencers, and any other media that cover the food and beverage industry.
